We are passionate about what we do. We are driven by making a difference in the world as well as delivering great systems and services. We bring these things together by developing solutions that help others innovate and develop better health and care services.
We take pride in what do and this is evident in the quality of the software we produce.
The products we design are class leading and our core product is the market leader in the country. This means we continue to need to innovate.
The majority of our work is new development so it is important that you like a challenge and share our values of curiosity, collaboration, excellence and passion.
Our goal is to be a company where everyone; developers, professional service staff, our support team and others, enjoy working. We achieve this by providing a great working environment, including flexible working hours, a work from home policy where appropriate, and a supportive management team.
We invest in training and development and we encourage our staff to continue to learn more within our workplace.
We are very much an equal opportunities employer. We are happy to consider part time working and flex around family commitments.
We make adjustments where practical so that there are no unjustifiable barriers to working with us and our annual pay reviews include a check that employees performing similar jobs are earning similar pay.
In short we are great to work for. In return we ask that you bring your heart and soul as well as your skills when you come to work with us.
Please note that we are primarily based on the Isle of Wight, off the coast of Southampton. We are happy to consider home working from the mainland but are likely to require you to visit our offices for initial induction and training from time to time.
